Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms cover Z Proof of Payment for Shopify (the “app”), made by Zipsite Solutions. By installing the app you agree to them.
What the app does
The app lets a store's customers and staff attach proof of payment to a Shopify order, and lets staff record whether they have checked it. It works with orders placed using Shopify's manual payment methods, such as “GCash” or “Bank Transfer”.
What the app does not do
- It does not process, receive, hold or transfer money.
- It does not verify that a payment was really made. A receipt can be edited or reused, so always confirm the payment in your own GCash, bank or e-wallet account.
- It does not mark an order as paid unless you turn on “Mark the order paid when a proof is checked”. With that setting on, a proof your staff mark Checked marks the Shopify order paid. That is only as reliable as your staff's check.
You are responsible for deciding whether an order has been paid and for anything you do based on a proof.
Plans and billing
- Basic: $14 per month, up to 250 proofs of payment per month.
- Unlimited: $26 per month, no limit on proofs of payment.
Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, under Shopify's terms. You can change or cancel your plan in the Shopify admin. A store on Basic that goes over its monthly limit keeps working and is asked to upgrade.
Your responsibilities
- Keep the payment details and QR codes you show customers correct and up to date.
- Control who has access to your Shopify admin. Anyone with access to the app can upload and check proofs.
- Use the app lawfully and tell your customers how their receipts are handled.
Service and changes
We work to keep the app available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the app and these terms; we will tell subscribers before a change that affects them takes effect.
